Any one could use a good quality audio dac with Esp32s3

Hello amazing people,
I have been following the youtube channel for long time, it inspired me to build some projects, my focus is mainly music, synth, audio, dsp etc
recently I wanted to push forward and get my Esp32s3 record and process audio from a an ADC PCM1808 via I2S protocol which I kinda familiar with, but I'm not getting anywhere regardless of how much effort, I couldn't find online helpful guides for this.

the big problem for me is that PCM1808 requires MCLK to run, I tried to generate this clock from the ESP32S3 GPIO0 but it doesn't seem to work properly, so my question, is there here any guidance on how can I make my ESP32S3 use ADC to get audio signal ?
