Enforcing 2 Factor

Hi everyone

I will be enforcing 2 factor for the organization.
This means that users who do not have 2 factor enabled for their github users will automatically be removed from the organization.

However to make sure that everyone has a chance to enable 2 factor, you will be given a week from now to enable.
Effective from October 19th 2 factor will be enforced for this organization :)
