Setting execute on the appropriate files during install.

Just wanted to see if there was any settings for either keeping the file permissions from the server during install or a way to set permissions during install. Especially the executable bit on the Linux binaries.

It should do it automatically if you set the permissions correctly on the server. Keep in mind that some archive formats (I think .7z and a couple others) don't store file permissions, so we default to 744 (rwx for owner, read for everyone else).
