Make water-based weapons put out campfires in Burned Village (2nd Campaign)

Instead of placing a block on the campfire that pushes it downwards, if the player has any of the water-based weapons and attacks a campfire in Burned Village, the fire should be put out (destroy npc) as water puts out fire, right?

Water-based weapons are Bubbler, Water Sprayer & Floodtide.
