Develop comprehensive safety and compliance checking system that automatically validates model compression operations against established safety standards and compliance requirements.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Implement automated safety validation algorithms
- Create compliance rule engine and policy management
- Add bias detection and fairness validation
- Implement security vulnerability scanning
- Create automated audit trail generation
- Add regulatory compliance checking (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
- Implement safety score calculation and reporting
- Include exception handling and manual override capabilities
