(suggestion) Pure Python project availability? #40
Description
Hi, I've recently started reading "Engineering Deep Learning Platforms" and I must say the content is really what I've been looking for. As a data scientist I only have a Python background and it seems I'm missing a ton going through the project's repository. I'd like to know if by any chance there's an ongoing initiative to convert the project to pure Python? Don't get me wrong, I'd love to contribute aswell :)
