CSM Tunnel needs connected to outside atmosphere on pad #1561
Description
Currently the CSM tunnel "vents" to a vacuum when not connected to the LM. This leads to it being evacuated on the pad and the dP gauge reading >4 instead of zero on the pad. It should vent during boost.
