Add TTCA mesh in LM VC

The LM VC still needs a TTCA mesh. I think it would be nice to have it animated to a certain extent, with the throttle/jets lever and handle moving up and down based on throttle state. I can take a look at the animation code as soon as I can get a good mesh for the TTCA itself as this might be a bit beyond my modeling skills right now.
