This repo contains an example salesforce flow that uses the Orb Salesforce package to provision a customer and subscription based on the opportunity in Salesforce. The custom fields in the repo are used in the flow to provide the right data into the Orb requests.
There is a video that explains how to use the provisioning integration that you can follow along with here. The video walks through building the flow that you can import from this package.
