Import an existing wallet flow

Support importing an existing wallet using a master public key or mnemonic. The flow could be something like this:

1. Display a text box where the user can enter either a mnemonic seed phrase or a master public key
2. If the seed phrase or master public key are of valid form, import the wallet and display the next screen
