Option to apply patch(es) to installation

While it is possible to manually apply a database patch (with valid support license) after the vagrant installation, it would be helpful to be able to stage the patch(es), along with the installation, in the project directory and have it overlay the OPatch and apply it/them to the installation using the runInstaller -applyRU option prior to running dbca, thereby avoiding the datapatch step. Has this ever been considered/attempted?

• Host OS: Windows 11
• Kernel version (for Linux host): [run uname -a]
• Vagrant version: [e.g. 2.2.9]
• Vagrant provider:
  • For VirtualBox:
    • VirtualBox version: 7.1.6r167084
• Vagrant project: OracleDatabase/19.3.0
