Ant-Debugger plugin breaking JUnit plugin - Intellij 14

After importing a large maven project and using IntelliJ 14, this plugin is apparently breaking junit plugin functionality. The junit options are missing from the menu. 

When ant debugger is enabled, right-clicking on a test file or function is missing "Run.. Debug.." trype of options. The Top-level run menu is also missing Run and Debug
