EXTRAS-272 - Improve Signature Window performance when adding and removing signatures

With the implementation of OPTICKS-1559, the Signature Window can now add multiple signatures to a signature plot simultaneously by calling new, more efficient methods in the PlotView interface class, which will increase performance over the current implementation.
