EXTRAS-267 - Apply threshold layer defaults to SAM and CEM results

When running the SAM and CEM algorithms, a threshold layer is created for the results. However, the default pass area for the threshold layer is fixed and does not always reflect the default values set in the threshold layer options. SAM and CEM should be updated to apply the defaults set in the options to the threshold results layer.
