EXTRAS-261 - Crash when using Rx if no view is specified

1. Create a wizard with an "Import Data Set" item and an "Rx" item.
2. Connect the output of the "Import Data Set" item to the input of the "Rx" item.
3. Run the wizard:
   a. Import any file
   b. After import, Rx crashes due to a NULL View pointer
