internal: Improvements for schema library

• create 2 columns
• collapse boxes by default
• put it behind feature toggle
• less balloons
• for the cache issue, there was the possibility to invalidate it when doing something with a integer, do you want to dig into it before this v1 or after ?

Adding to this:

• If any base/extension schemas have been determined to exist in Infrahub (need to implement comparing between Infrahub and Schema Library), compare to latest found in Schema library and offer button to update specific/outdated schemas. (Extended this to all schema nodes)
• Install schema extension dependencies for a selected schema extension
• Convert to Dulwich
