Feature: Be able to store several adresses/ instance of infrahub 

As a customer I would like to use Emma as a wrapper of the SDK to manage several instance at the same time.

For that, I need to be able to store several infrahub instance address, and couple one token per instance.

The branch and schema caching  should be per instance as well
