The c client can't connect with baidu twemproxy

We have used c client to connect with this, but it always refuses.

BTW, I'm not sure it's the problem of bdrp or twemproxy itself.

I also encounter this problem , I use redis-cli to connect twemproxy, but it tells me Connection refused
