Align the colors for criticality statistics display and progress bar

Currently the colors in the criticality progress bar and the criticality statistics display are not aligned which causes confusion

The colors to be aligned.
Note: Take care that all colors are visible on the respective backgrounds

From what I see, the criticality colors are aligned except for the color of non-critical signals.
And the color for the non-critical colors is, in both cases, exactly the background color of the other one. So we'd have to use a third color there, but I haven't found one that looks good.
