Filter and sorting for task list

• Implement the functionality to filter tasks (reference the old web apps, e.g.: http://localhost:8084/operaton/app/tasklist/default/)
• Place the filter creation form onto its own page, not a modal
• Don't hide any part of the form. Just use scrolling
