Slow Connnection Speed on MT7921 (ROG Strix Laptop)

The connection speeds on the MT7921 on my Arch linux distro seems to be like less than half of what it is on windows. 

I have implemented disable_aspm=1  
Changed kernel from linux-zen to LTS 
Tried Changing the TX_Power as 3 dBm is too low and i have triangulated that this is probably at fault 

I checked the debug files for the driver in /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phyX/mt7921/txpower_sku
