Device: Zyxel NWA50AX Pro (mt7981)
Issue
Channel 149~165
With precal enabled the rate control seems unable to go above MCS7 no matter VHT or HE.
With precal disabled through DTS there's no problem at all.
Clients all supports up to MCS11 verified by checking /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy1/netdev:phy1-ap0/stations
