New GLAAS release

Hi @massarin!
The new GLAAS data is out and @larnsce asked me to revamp this package. I'm currently working on something (see glaas.updated) but before I merge the two repos, I wanted to understand your intentions behind the current package. I see that you extracted and provide the entire dataset as well as functions to fetch data directly from the API. If you could elaborate a little more on the latter, that would be great. What was your vision for the functions calling the WASHMART API?

Usually in R packages data-raw would usually contain the code to process and download raw data that will be lazy loaded in the package. So probably we wouldn't expect the end user to use those functions regularly but rather that they would be used be whoever is developing the package and downloading the dataset. I would recommend re-downloading the whole dataset to update the file in data and just double check that the functions are still working and nothing has changed or been added that might be missed by the old functions.

You'll notice the R file in the R directory is actually just documentation. I hope this helps.
