Include from other style doesn't work

From "Street" I'm trying to include a style sheets from "Offroad" and it won't work.

style-file: G:\styles\2020
style:Street
include '/inc/nature_reserves' from Offroad;

Directory structure:
2020
+---- Offroad
+---- inc
+----Street
+---- inc
Any help? Any idea?
