Email theme folder setting is not working

In the settings of the store there is a setting called 'Email theme folder'.
So I've set this to use some custom folder (Ryla):

However, it looks like, when I send e-mails or make prints from the admin it still uses the ClassicAjax templates....

If you are able to test this before the next release it would be good. You can close it out if it's looking right or we'll have to investigate further.
