OpenMRS-module-team not working well with openmrs v.2.x.
Error: HTTP Status 500 - Request processing failed; nested exception is java.lang.RuntimeException: User not mapped on any location. Make sure that user have a person attribute Location or Locations with uuid(s) of valid OpenMRS Location(s) separated by ;;" while trying to login using "http://localhost:8080/opensrp/security/authenticate"
