Implement option to ignore "bad" partitions in mount_utils.py

The mount() call in mount_utils.py will fail when a disk image has a corrupt or unmountable partition. We want an option to say that we want to continue and get back the mount points of the partitions it was able to mount and ignoring (but logging) the corrupt partitions.
