Worker raises exception with no detail

Additionally, bulk extractor has generated output in the artifacts folder but has not registered any of the newly created content in OpenRelik.

Thanks for the issue, much appreciated.

I'll have a look at both the the error that is just raised instead including the error itself.

Regarding the output, I'll have a look if bulk extractor is generating any temp files that we maybe don't include in the output files creation loop.
