opkssh inspect should automatically to find opkssh certs if none are specified #355
Description
Currently opkssh inspect (in PR #349) requires that the user specify the path to the ssh cert they wish to inspect.
We should extend this functionality so that if no filename is specified, opkssh inspect looks in all expected directories and print out all the certs it finds.
