No school holidays returned for Belgium

Description:
When querying the SchoolHolidays endpoint for Belgium, no data is returned, while other countries (e.g. DE, FR, NL) work as expected.

Example - Request URL for Year 2025:

https://openholidaysapi.org/SchoolHolidays?countryIsoCode=BE&subdivisionCode=BE&languageIsoCode=NL&validFrom=2025-01-01&validTo=2025-12-31

Expected behavior:
The API should return school holiday data for Belgium for the specified date range.

Actual behavior:
The request returns an empty result set.

Additional information:

The PublicHolidays endpoint for Belgium still works correctly.

Tested with multiple date ranges and languages (NL, FR, EN) — Only BE return empty results for school holidays.

Belgium does not have any subdivisions, only groups.
