How to open MacOS releases? #92

MacOS Sequoia (15.7.3) does not appear to recognize the latest MacOS ARM64 release, in that trying to open it results in an "Apple could not verify 'openpnp-capture-test-macos-latest-arm64' is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy" error. Running file openpnp-capture-test-macos-latest-arm64 results in Mach-O 64-bit executable arm64, so it seems strange that the executable could not be opened. Trying to extract it via Archive Utility did not work either. How does one open the binary release for MacOS? Thanks in advance!
