Add the source code for openplanetdata.com into Github

Thanks for creating this fantastic site. It has been very useful for me already 👍

Cloudflare nowadays supports building static websites directly from git repositories. I'm using that feature in few sites of my own.

The website should definitely link to this github organization so that others can find this and help to contribute.
