Bug: Review % can be innaccurate. #270

Creating this issue so it's still on our radar, and referencing work already completed (#265) since there was a lot of discussion there too. To summarize, clinsight currently doesn't delineate between missing & deleted data. As a result, when a record is removed from the EDC, it still remains in the review_all_data table, which can skew the review percentage denominator & confuse users since that record is not displayed in the listing.
