ReShare reports - update report titles output on various report pages

As promised in our call yesterday, attached here is a list of the title, label changes proposed for the ReShare reports to make them read a bit more user friendly. Please let me know if any of this work is something that Ian Hardy could do independent of you.

Hey @debradenault, I think all of this is controlled within the reports web UI, so I think this might be an Ian thing.
