Add field for lawsuit/settlement payments #18
Description
BPD has a phantom database of lawsuits between 2014 & 2017, ostensibly for consent decree/PR reasons. I scraped it & pulled it apart per officer https://github.com/openjusticebaltimore/BPDWatch-data/tree/main/lawsuits
Some of the lawsuits have settlement or other payment amounts listed. It would be cool to list those for each cop, either per lawsuit or total dollar amounts that cop cost the city. Obviously it would be just a baseline, since the database has just a small window of time.
