GOOP Utility VI supports GOOP4

This version have a check for new versions features in the About dialog.
The utility VI: Check if reference is valid, now supports GOOP4 classes.

LabVIEW 2014 Now supported

So OpenGDS now have a LabVIEW 2014 release.
The changes needed for the LV 2014 version, was in the Actor Framework, which now don't uses the LaunchActor.vi.

OpenGDS is ready :-)

I think this is a stable release.
