Waiting postgres ready.

Dear expert,

I'm trying to run ~/ci/run.sh to install gerrit on my server, and found that it stucked in "Waiting postgres ready." Please see below messages, I have configured the ~/ci/config to my server IP.

Can you please share some suggestions?
