Add documentation for the new Ignore Duplicate Write feature

OpenFGA [v1.10.0](https://github.com/openfga/openfga/releases/tag/v1.10.0) introduced support for write conflict options (on missing/on duplicate) addressing https://github.com/openfga/roadmap/issues/79

The documentation needs to be updated to support this new feature.
