Review and update issue templates

The current issue templates are confusing and do not fit our workflow well. It is unclear where these templates are coming from or why they were chosen.

Expected

Issue templates should be clear, relevant, and help contributors provide the right information upfront.

• Templates feel weird / not aligned with our needs
• Unclear where templates are configured (repo settings? .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/?)

Action Items

• Identify where issue templates are defined
• Review current templates for relevance
• Propose new templates (if needed) for:
  • Bug reports
  • Documentation improvements
  • Feature requests
  • General questions
