Discussion Post - Load more posts option should only be visible when more then ten post available # [mysql]

Load more post option should only be showing when more than 10 posts available on discussion tab, i am seeing load more posts button with a single post.

How to reproduce:

• Create a new user and create multiple different posts like discussion post, question post.
• Navigates between "all posts and "my posts" tabs

Issue has been verified on Dev server, Its working fine now.
