Staff user tag and yellow(#998200) circle around staff dp are not visible on the complete discussion posts (questions/answers/comment/Anonymous)

How to reproduce:
Create a new post with staff user.
Login with learner user and go to new created staff user post
Login with Staff user and go to new created staff user post

This issue is only reproduced in Openedx demo course with both mysql and mongodb backends, I have tested this with multiple other courses and this behaviour is not reproduced.
