Make ADOPTERS.md more informative

The current OpenEBS ADOPTERS.md has 3 columns - Organization, Stateful Workloads and Success Story. I propose to add 2 more columns - Environment/Deployed In and Storage Type - to represent the Dev/prod and engines respectively. This will allow any observer to get a more comprehensive view from this 'index' page.
