Add ".txt" as tab-delim format?

https://superuser.com/q/577875 points out that Excel may export as ".txt"... but there are a lot of ".txt" files out there that certainly aren't tab-delim data!

I'm not inclined to add this, but if it makes life easier for users, I'd be happy to.
