Evidence, and Evidence in "Claims about Subject" or "Claim Set Metadata" or both?

Several early verifiable claims prototypes have added evidence about the claims that they have made. As these are already common need, should we specifically labeled as evidence, or be in their own section.

We need to consider where do issuers place "evidence" about the claims they have made. In the "Claims about Subject" section? or in the "Claim Set Metadata", or possibly in either place depending on the issuers trust of the evidence?
