use iotivity-tool to create server_security.dat file #1
Description
currently the SVR security file is a copy of a preconfigured security file.
it uses just works from the IOTivity tree.
work to do:
- make sure that the tool to convert the json to cbor works iotivity-tool
- adapt the scripts so that it uses the generated output
