uploading a photo and it got stuck

I've uploaded a photo, and it got stuck. There are repeated error logs. What should I do to delete this photo file and stop these repeated logs?
It didn't happen to every file I uploaded.

Please provide more details. It looks like a config issue with your storage, proxy or permissions.

Hello, firstly, thank you for this project, it's been incredible!

This is happening to me as well. I use an arch64 OMV instance to run OpenCloud with docker. Let me know if I can help with more information.

Just installed OpenCloud this weekend, first I used it without clamav and everything worked fine. However, I activated clamav and the files got stuck the same way.
I also ran the docker exec opencloud opencloud storage-users uploads sessions and got the same table, where the files are in there but no information on "Scan result" column.

I'm using the clamav/clamav-debian image, as it's the one that supports arch64.

One thing I noticed is that, I first tried with ANTIVIRUS_INFECTED_FILE_HANDLING=abort and the files were being upload fine. It's when I put ANTIVIRUS_INFECTED_FILE_HANDLING=delete where all the files upload got stuck.

Can you provide logs from the opencloud container, antivirus service?

Here are the debug logs of trying to upload a file. The antivirus service just logs that the database is OK

I tried activating OC_ASYNC_UPLOADS but nothing changed neither.

I tried to search the logs for clues but I can't find any straight away.

looks like the virus scan is not working at all. The error shows 425 status in the log which means the virus scan step has not finished.

Is there anything else I can do to help you debug?

For example, I tried connecting to the clamav socket from inside the opencloud container and send a PING, and it seems to be working:
