Install Opencloud on a shared hosting

Hi everyone, I'm looking for an alternative of Nextcloud to install on my shared hosting Ionos in order to backup/sync my personnal data.
I'm not really familiar with Docker and I thing it's not possible to use on my shared hosting. Is there any way to install as the old fashion way using SFTP/FTP and then run the sript ?

I am sorry to say that, but OpenCloud runs as binary or container. Neither of that is allowed on shared hosts.

nexcloud and owncloud 10 are php projects which are based on the classical LAMP stack. Shared Hosters offer shared lamp stacks.

I'm looking to change my hosting in order to be abble to do more stuff and have more control on it.
