Avoid using short names for container images / support for quadlets

In the documentation as well as in the compose files only short names are used for the images. To allow wider compatibility, would it be possible to change these to full names including the registry? I'm guessing the images are supposed to come from docker.io (i.e. docker.io/opencloudeu/opencloud-rolling), but it would be nice to have this actually written down in documentation and configuration files.

It would also be great if a quadlet configuration as alternative to the (docker) compose configuration could be developed. As you might have guessed I'm used Podman and having quadlets ready for the main components would be really helpful. I'm currently manually converting the compose files into the quadlets I need for my personal use, but it's likely that a similar configuration to the compose files could be provided in a generalized way.

We think that should be the way to go. Currently we have no resources for that but that might change next year.
