Create example script to pull wind data from one wind farm

Need to use the wind PN endpoint, https://developer.data.elexon.co.uk/api-details#api=prod-insol-insights-api&operation=get-balancing-physical-all-dataset-dataset-settlementdate-settlementdate-set

Can use this class in this repo - https://github.com/openclimatefix/Elexonpy/blob/main/elexonpy/api/balancing_mechanism_physical_api.py#L23

You'll need to get a wind farm bmunit from the api, or you can use one in https://github.com/hackcollective/wind-curtailment/blob/main/data/reg_bm_units.csv
