CV parsing with garbled text

Expected behavior and actual behavior.

CV parsing with garbled text, how can I fix this?

Steps to reproduce the problem.

Index the resume through pdftotext, because there are Chinese characters in the resume, so there is a lot of garbled code

What version of PHP and MySQL are you running
